West Coast IPA hopped with Mosaic Cryo Fresh hops. Cryo Fresh is a brand new advanced hop product that involves freezing the hops with liquid nitrogen immediately after being harvested. Once cryogenically frozen, the hops are ground into powder and pelletized, giving us the ability to use fresh "wet" hops any time of year. The result is a fresh/wet hop IPA full of bright hop notes that can only be found in hops when fresh off the bine.
