Clear amber brew with plenty of fizz in the chalice. Aroma starts out quite pleasant, with melon and honey. But then there's the pencil shavings. Mouthfeel is spritzy yet flabby, somehow. Tastes of cereal, creamed corn, and green stuff. This has a surprising sweet and sour finish that is not very encouraging of another sip. No date that I can see.

Absolute classic Pilsner taste. Clean and tasty. Almost a perfect representation.

Finally a good pilsner. Finally a pilsner that doesn't taste like an IPA. This beer is crisp and slightly floral in flavor. It has a spiciness to it too. Overall it is a good beer and I would seek it out again. I want to say that I taste gummy bears in this, and I mean that in a good way.
The can that I am drinking is 60 days old.

This just might be the best pilsner I've ever had. Procured from the Whole Foods in Playa Vista, canned two weeks ago.
Pours with a beautiful eggshell white head and a golden body with lots of bubble activity. Nice colorful and cheerful can art.
Strong floral aromas off this one, and a particularly prominent jasmine note takes the center. Hints of cracker in the background, but for the most part it smells like a garden in the spring.
The bitterness is perfect for this style. Might be a little too much for some, but if you're a fan of these noble hops, it's a real treat. I feel like it could have used a touch more malt character though...
Very dry, crisp mouthfeel. The lingering bitterness makes it a great sipper.
Not quite what I would call "crushable" but rather a distinguished and elegantly hopped example of a classic brew. Prost!

This one speaks to me. It’s like my baby mama whispering into my ear at midnight, “You wanna go?” Umm, hell yeah! And “go” Raul does. This one is a banger like an English woman cooking you breakfast. The Fresh Pils of LA? Yes, you can stay!

On draft. Relatively clear darker golden body, one finger white head, frothy with good retention, fair bit of lacing. Crisp malt, sweet biscuit, floral, mineral and a touch of grapefruit. Nice hop presence to it. Solid hoppy pilsner, nice hop character to it without getting in the way of the cleanliness of the base pilsner malt. Medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, refreshing with a big flavour to it. It's an above-average craft pilsner for sure.
