Had on tap. Clear pale yellow body with a finger of white foam and crowned lacing. Kolsch yeast leads the nose with cracker malt, bright lemon and flower hints. Taste is the same but remove the flowers and replace with light phenols, somewhat bready, but missing that it factor. Feel is bright, higher in carbonation, sneaky bready, and mild

Pours a mostly clear light golden color with a fresh white head . Smell is citrus cracker meal ,and lemon. Taste follows the nose oranges pale malts ,lemon grass and baked bread . A crisp hoppy mouth feel ,tasty on a summer day.

16oz pour at the brewery
Great look, thinned-out yellow. Smells funky, like the barnyard, not good. Taste is better, german hops and sweet malt.
Had this in the can much later, it's more bitter and one dimensional than I remember it being... I wouldn't buy it again

I am drinking a beer poured fresh in the Wooden Hill Taproom
L: bright gold under a 1/2" white to light cream cap with fair persistence
S: has a clean light grain aroma with a hint of fruit and light bread crumb
T: The palate has more fruit than anticipated by the aromas and mild bread crumb and a soft mild bitterness provide balance
F: body is light and the carbonation is medium high
O: a flavorful, very drinkable beer with a nice blend of fruit, bread crumb and bitter
