Pours a light brown color with a khaki head. Smell of baked bread and cinnamon. Taste follows nose with graham cracker, cinnamon and roasted malts. Mouth feel was medium with afore mentioned tastes.

Poured from 750ml crowler can into glass. Fill date marked on label as '2-27(2018)'.
Clear, medium amber colored body. One finger of egg shell shaded head settles to thicker cap. Has a few spots of lacing.
Has a lightly dark roasted malty aroma, with additions of sweet cracker and a whiff of cinnamon.
Taste follows nose and has a good malt base, with a taste similar to cinnamon sprinkled graham cracker. Also a little burnt toast.
Medium mouth feel, good carbonation.
The color is lighter than most brown ales. Aroma and taste is pleasant, but a little thin. The cinnamon cracker adds a flavorful touch.
