Light and creamy, this easy drinking ale is poured from our nitro tap just as you'd find it in an old English pub. Smooth sailing ahead.

Hard to find a pale mild around these parts so I was pleased to give this a whirl. A little thin feeling and more diacetyl in the finish than i’d prefer, but still, I enjoyed the toasty malts and the light tea and floral/herbal notes. Served too cold...

Nitro pour at the tap room. New offering as of 4/18/2018.
Pale gold colored body, mostly clear. Pour from tap was two thirds white head, which took about three minutes to recede, and to allow a full pour. Levels of lacing left on glass after each sip.
Aroma is mostly pale malt, with a hint of sweetness and with floral aspects.
Taste is malt driven, of a pale kind, with some sweetness, and a minimum of floral hop flavor. No bitterness.
Very smooth and creamy mouth feel. Very easy to session drink.
Seems on point for style, which is a nitro served session ale.
