L: pours light brown with a slight haze under a 1/2" cream colored cap with fair to good retention and light lace
S: smells of chocolate, vanilla and bread crust
T: Creamy chocolate leads with vanilla in the middle and some toast and bread crust on the bottom. It starts mildly sweet with moderate hop bitterness near the finish providing balance
F: creamy with a medium body and medium carbonation
O: I probably would not drink this beer all night but it would accompany fish and chips or beignets nicely.

Poured from crowler can into glass. Filled on 'JUN 19 2018'.
Slightly cloudy body, with the color reminiscent of organic apple cider vinegar (light amber brown). Each pour yields a skiff of dirty brown head, which quickly disappears. No lacing.
Aroma of lightly roasted malts, and the addition of cocoa, coffee, and vanilla. Aroma is a reminder of the artificial smell that comes from sweetened breakfast cereal with chocolate added.
Lots of lightly roasted malts in the taste, with a mid wave of coffee and then chocolate. There is a hint of vanilla way late in the aftertaste.
Thin mouth feel. Lower level of carbonation.
This is a sweet brown beer that tastes something like Cocoa Puffs cereal, right down to the artificial notes of the aroma and flavors.
