The "Zest" IPA series began as a venture in perfecting the Hazy IPA. Iterations 1-9 dialed in bursting hop flavors and the perfect pillowy mouthfeel. In honor of our tenth iteration of Zest, we turned that up to a 10. Brewed with Citra (double dose), Vista, and NewZilla hops.

A - Pours opaque orange, with an off-white head, thick and dense on the pour and persistent, with extensive curtains of lacing.
S - A big front of orange citrus, a bit of peach stone fruit, with mango and pineapple tropicality, over a touch of earthiness and dank hops.
T - Pungent open of orange juice and zest, with a middle of strong hop earthiness, a touch of umami, and a subtly bitter pith finish.
M - Weight similar to fruit juice, with some texture on the tongue, and a dry close that includes just a touch of resin build over time.
O - I visited Wooden Hill last week for a Twin City beer Meet Up, and this was the best beer I had, so I picked up a 4-pack on the way out. It has a lot of flavor, is an interesting hazy, and worth the pick up.
