At the brewery, pours a very pale yellow/gold, very cloudy with a decent head and good lacing. Nose is one note and a little faint, but I get some solid eukanot notes - kind of dewy mix of grassy, fruit (melon, berry, faint tropical) and herbal hops - and bready pale malt. Taste carries the nose forward, but I keep hoping for more depth and layered flavor, and I’m not getting it. Mouthful is a little too heavy and almost syrupy to be ideal. it’s okay and has some nice features, but there are a lot of better neipas out there.
