A refreshing wheat ale brewed with coriander and raspberry, with hints of salt and tartness to stay true to style.

Treated as a gose, this was poured into a stange. Can dated 05/08/2019.
The appearance was a nice looking crisp to bright pink color with a finger's worth of white foamy head swiftly sliding off. A fair amount of messy sticky to speckled lace.
The aroma had some sharp sweet to tart red raspberries rolling into some sour-ed wheat and tart character. Salt is there yet quite faint.
The flavor seemed to produce a wonderful blend of sweet to tart to sour qualities of red raspberries, wheat, coriander, subtle salt and white crackers. Quick aftertaste of red raspberries, wheat and coriander.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied but with a fair sessionability about it. Though, this beer sat just a tad under medium bodied, some tart and sour harsh qualities do puncture my tongue appropriately. Seemed like good carbonation. Mild semi-sticky finish with red raspberries, wheat and salt.
Overall, don't see it so much as a fruit beer, it may actually be closer to a German Gose with a little bit of American ingenuity. Whatever this beer wants to be, I'd still have again.
