Peach Scone is the latest in our series of Berliner Weisse sours. We use a special malt build to create a light note of fresh pastry, then add tons of peach and apricot puree. The result is a delicious, lightly tart treat that drinks very easy at 5.5% abv. The aroma on this one is amazing, like biting right into a fresh, sweet, juicy peach.

Had it on tap at the brewery, poured into a small tumbler. Hazy yellow orange color with a hint of red. Nice head and lacing. Very intense smell and taste of tart peaches. Enjoyable beer.

Appearance - Pours opaque bright orange with a nice white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma - Huge peach aroma skin and pulp, light vanilla. this thing literally smells like a ripe peach.
Taste - Lots of ripe peach, vanilla, not overly sour very mild tartness but the peach dominates.
Feel - Light bodied, well carbonated slightly dry finish.
Overall - Yeah this hits the mark, peach for days.
