Drank 6/18/25.
Pour is black with a fizzy finger of cinnamon colored head that fades quickly, leaving a little ring around the glass.
Nose is vanilla, coconut, hint of bourbon, roasted malt, sweet caramel
Taste follows sweet vanilla, coconut upfront followed quickly by some warming bourbon, and then chocolate. Definitely warming alcohol in the stomach, but I don't get any alcohol burn on the palate.
Smooth, full body. low carbonation.
Probably would have been better as just chocolate/vanilla. but oh well. An enjoyable beer nonetheless.

Pours a dark rich color with no real head. Smells like coconut and molasses. Some dark chocolate. Heavy on the coconut. Taste follows the nose but add alcohol and hints of Bourbon, wood and vanilla. Heavy alcohol. The mouthfeel is sticky smooth and alcoholic. Lays on the tongue and tickles the senses. Somewhat fizzy. Overall it's a crazy combo of a heavy hitter. It will improve as it warms. A 16.9 ounce bottle.
