If this is how they do things in Texas, well… I mean, everything is big in Texas - I get it. And it’s not like this is big at 7%. But it’s a lil unbalanced like the bigness of Kim K’s rump. Yeah, it’s not bad at all - like Kim. But Raul is more of a Victoria’s Secret guy, so maybe next time my homie can send me a Kendall.
Peace.

Alexander Pepperberry pours a slightly hazy orange hue with a fairly big, fluffy head. Smells of malty citrus and very good. Taste is citrus and orange peel with some slight bitterness. Mouthfeel is bold and smooth. Bitterness lingers on the tongue. Overall a good beer that's not over done with bitterness or sweetness.

16oz can with no date. Opened 5-22-21.
2+ finger white head with the + portion cresting over the rim of the glass. Excellent retention.
Bright, golden IPA with good clarity and ample carbonation streaming. Thick lacing.
Orange peel, lemon, floral and melon late.
Citrus, a green weedy flavor, peach and melon in the finish.
Medium body, high carbonation. Good bitter punch in a lightly sweet finish.
Somewhere between Good and Very Good but closer to Good.
5-30-21 Upgrade Taste to 3.75
