A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium artificial sky blue (much like the color of blue Gatorade) with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amounts of green-ish aqua + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy foamy slightly blueish head that quickly reduces to a medium to thick ring around the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of artificial sweet blue raspberry over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness. Light aromas of lacto lemon citrus tartness and a hint of salinity.
T: Upfront there are very light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness and a light to moderate amount of lacto lemon citrus tartness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of sweet artificial blue raspberry (reminds me almost exactly of blue Gatorade) and just a hint of salinity. No perceptible hop presence and no bitterness. Light flavors of sweet + slightly tart blue raspberry linger through the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a light refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and thirst quenching with the light tartness and sweet blue raspberry. Reminds me a ton of blue Gatorade. Might have been extra refreshing seeing as it was almost 70 degrees outside and I had just finished a 5 mile run (and was likely slightly dehydrated).
