Aged for a year and a half:
Pours out a nice bright golden, hazy color-very hazy, topped off with a thick off white head that is billowy and sticks around for the entire duration of the IPA. Lots of carbonation and big lacing.
The aroma is pleasant, mild leather and cigar smells mixed with grapes, grapefruit and lemon zest. There are mild woody aromas that come out as well.
The flavor is just awesome, mild sweetness up front with a strong leathery aftertaste, grapefruit zest lemon rind come through with a mild spicy sweetness mixed in.
This is a medium to full bodied IPA, semi-dry and crisp, filled with carbonation.
Overall, very fun to smell and drink, I wish I had more than one!
