This single hop IPA is really good, particularly mosaic hops, I'm sure that the hop they used Mosaic, is very tasty. Really liked this beer. Rated 8-12-2018

somehow my first from this brewery, although i feel like ive heard quite a bit about them, i was excited to try this! a solid and flavorful ipa here in the west coast style although still only middle of the road bitterness. its golden and clear, mosaic driven to me, frothy white headed, very well carbonated, and super drinkable without being generic, exceptional pizza beer, which is how i got to enjoy it. the nose on this just hollers mosaic, fresh peeled pineapple and juice, a little key lime, fresh flowers, sticky sativa buds, and a hint of lemon candy, really dynamic and compelling, not a lick of cat pee here at all, and it seems like a pretty incredible expression of mosaic, makes me think back to when this hop was new and exciting instead of old news, really nicely deployed here, and most of what i smell i can taste, very clean both in terms of hops and in terms of the ferment, which is drying and neutral, this has an almost refreshing crispness to it. i love the restrained bitterness, makes it real easy drinking, and the simple malt base makes good sense here, its balanced but in a modern way. nothing way outside the box here or anything, but a lovely pint, fresh as they come, a known entity, just better executed than the vast majority of them, makes me curious to try more from grains of wrath!

16oz can served in a big snifter. Date 03/05/21.
Pours clear light yellow golden with a medium sized head. Smell is citrus, maybe pineapple, maybe melon. Bubblegum.
Taste is mostly the same profile as the aroma. Less citrus, more bubblegum.
Mouthfeel is light and clean. Overall, nice beer.

On tap at Beermongers today.
The beer pours a bright gold color with great head retention and considerable sticky lacing. As IPA's go, it doesn't get much better than this. The nose is attractive as well, what I'm getting of it. I seem to pick up light black pepper, light onion, some dry citrus and light honey. The flavor profile replicates the nose, with decent light bitterness on the finish. This IPA has a surprisingly light mouthfeel, with nearly undetectable alcohol. This is a very easy to enjoy and appreciate IPA.
Solid effort from the folks at Grains of Wrath. This would be a great IPA to drink on a warm sunny day.

Lovely polished brass with a fine white foam.
Tropical fruits meet rind and pine in both flavor and aroma.
Pretty light feeling, but nice and crisp with a good bitter bite on the end.
Another solid GoW IPA.
Cheers
