Had a 12oz pour on tap at the brewery.
On the pour an off white almost khaki head forms then dissipates to a thick ring around the rim. Carbonation is very fine and lazy with a clear but almost brown, amber body. Ligjt lacing forms
Aroma carries some sweet caramel malts and some yeasty notes that lead into a light but American hop note. A bit of doughiness coming from the yeast. Aroma is a bit ligjt however.
Flavor is quite similar to the aroma but with a beautiful light nuttiness added. After the nuttiness a light bitter lightly zesty hop note is present before a slow flame back to nothing. Very smooth and nutty.
Feel is quite carbonated amd mouthcoating with a light dryness but the head sticks around a little bit. Long finish with a big malt feel and some hop dryness.
Overall this is a very good American amber. Super clean but nutty and lightly hoppy with the bitterness. Good balance and very pleasant to drink.
