Glass ~ Glencairn
Look ~ an opaque deep gold, head retention 3.5/5, minimal lacing
Smell ~ sweet but not cloyingly, fruity bouquet with grapefruit being the most pronounced
Taste ~ crisp entrance, medium-light hops encompassing the grapefruit, just the right amount of bitter at the end. Aftertaste is pleasant more so than a real grapefruit’s; medium linger. After 5 minutes ~ softer & more harmonious acidic fruit flavors wrapped in warm hops that cut the bitter
Mouthfeel ~ light & crisp with medium light carbonation, mild warmth; sweet, fruity, not watery but thin, medium-light bitter


The brewer states the hops for this brew are Warrior, used for bittering the beer. On the back end we have Mosaic, Citra and Cascade for hop aroma and flavor. They then dry hopped with Cryo - Mosaic for a berry or tropical fruit like aroma.
