From the brewer - Diametric is a sour IPA with tropical notes of tart pineapple and mandarin orange. Mosaic hops keep that dank flavor while Rakau hops give it a southern hemisphere vibe.
Pours a very hazy pineapple juice color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of citrus fruits. Taste starts out like a NEIPA but finishes like a sour. Smooth and sour. An interesting, enjoyable brew.
