Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear maroon/burgundy pour with thick fizzy white head. Falls fast with a solid ring of lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Raspberry and lemon... a bit of funk.
T.F: Follows the nose. Tart without a super pucker... strong raspberry/fruit flavor. Lemon citrus and funk follow... light bodied and easy drinking. More green fruit at the finish.
O: A nice light fruity Berliner Weisse. Great for warm weather and interesting enough to come back to.

A pretty standard Berliner Weisse style tart beer. Purplish-blue color, aroma is basically just some tart yeast and maybe a faint fruit smell if you really strain. Taste is fine, again you can’t really detect much boysenberry but it is otherwise fine, not too tart, maybe a bit too much yeast
