Pilsner and pale malt share the stage as fermentables in this sour IPA. Kettle soured with multiple strains of lactobacillus over three days before being dry hopped with Mosaic for that dank almost green flavor that strangely enough works with something so tart.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip.

L: Cloudy dark golden brown pour. 2 fingers of fluffy white head... great lacing.

S: Tart and funky. Barnyard... lemon citrus and fruit.

T.F: Tart up front... just shy of a full pucker. Complex and funky... brett character is all over this soured IPA. Yeast and citrus... lemon, grass, spice, and hop pine in the background. Sticky on the tongue... medium to light bodied.

O: An outstanding soured IPA. Absolutely delicious... great flavor and drinkability. Super beer from Shy Bear.
