Group trip with Darin's and Rohrbach's to Lewistown that included a meal.
LOOK: 16 ounce pint glass . Bright hazy yellow color with a snowwhite head. Head retention and side glass lace were good.
AROMA: Mostly some subtle citrus
TASTE: Decent NE IPA. Citrus and a little tart.
Had a flight of their beers, none of which were satisfactory. Asked the waitress what beer is the brewery's favorite and she told me the Jaybird. Wile it was better than anything else I had on the flight it was not a solid NEIPA.

7/19/24, finally made it to the brewery!
Wow! Right from the first whiff, this is one intense beer! I can't get over the aroma, and I haven't even tasted it yet! Pineapple, lemon zest, sweet malt , fresh orange juice and Spring pine.
Blow me away with this flavor! Fresh, bright, soft and yet bitey. Getting fresh orange, young pine, lime pulp, and a bitter mango, just such a perfect balance of bitter and juice!

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is gold, head is brighter white and presents 1+ fingers thick, head dissipates to solid top with nice lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is light citrus rind, some stone fruit, limited tropical, some wheat and light oat, light honey.
Taste is similar with citrus rind forward flavor, lighter mixed fruits, some wheat/oat/biscuit, light sweet flavor like honey.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall very good HIPA - not overly flavored in one way or another, moderate sweetness from the thicker mash, light bitterness, easy drinkability.

A really nice approachable NEIPA. A good beer to always have on hand!

16oz can into a pint glass. Picked up at the brewery this afternoon.
Very hazy amber body. Decent white head which shrinks to a ring and sparse covering. A little lacing initially.
Faint non citrus fruit aroma. A little musty
On tasting, appropriate for the style, soft, not bitter. Fruit doesn't really come through.
Mouth between medium and full, finish a little bland.
Overall, a decent ne IPA, no big flavors, no harshness either.
