Shy Bear Brewing "Bohemian Blasphemy"
$6/pint on tap at the brewery on 13 August 2022
Notes: Typical Czech Pils appearance with a deep golden body that's capped my a full head of creamy white foam. The aroma displays bready, grainy, and lightly sweet malt with some grassy and spicy hops mixed in. The flavor follows the aroma exactly. The bitterness is listed at 18 IBUs and it is a little bit on the sweeter side but it does finish mostly dry. In the mouth it's medium to medium-light in body and gently crisp then smooth across the palate. I've been to Prague and I can say without doubt that this is on-par with what you'll find fresh from the tap there. Nicely done!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
