On tap at the brewery earlier this evening. Nitro serving.
Looks splendid in the glass. Dark body with a massive creamy light tan head. Gobs of lacing.
Malty slightly sweet aroma.
On tasting, as it should be. Mild, malty, slightly sweet, super smooth from the nitro.
Mouth medium, finish smooth.
Overall, as a Brit, very happy with this interpretation of the style. Others I've had recently upped the roast, which is unnecessary. Kudos Shy Bear. Next time cask???
