Named in honor of the Moravian Brethren (Czech colonists) that settled in Pennsylvania in vast waves around the time we ratified the constitution, this dark lager is crisp with a significant dose of roastiness to round it out.

On tap at the brewery earlier this afternoon.
Darkest brown body with a persistent small off white head, rings of lacing. Aroma is strongly malty. On tasting, clean, crisp, quite smooth, mild roast. Finish is extremely clean, no aftertaste.
Overall, really good interpretation of the style, goes down very easy.
