We started out this specialty ale with a base of premium American grown pilsner malt and flaked oats, adding lactose to mimic the creamer in your coffee. Speaking of coffee, ours is a hand selected blend of lightly roasted 100% Arabica beans sourced from Brazil, Columbia, and Honduras. The light malts accent the lightly roasted beans resulting in a coffee beer like you've never had befor. Vibrant, fruity , delicate and delicious.

On tap at the brewery earlier this afternoon.
Crystal clear amber body with a full off white head leaving thick rings of lacing. Aroma is an outstanding coffee. On tasting, coffee, creamy, smooth, sweet, no hint of bitterness or roast. This carries over into the finish.
Overall, excellent coffee beer from Shy Bear. Grabbed a 4 pack to go.
