Disclaimer - by the time I got to this beer, I had very very high hopes based on the others that I tried. I love a good Tripel and this is a good one, but not an outstanding version. Dark amber with a small head. Dark stone fruit aroma and a flavor to match. It wasn't boozy at all even though it packed a 9% punch. Heavy and sticky mouthfeel.
