In collaboration with Team Taco, we designed Skeleton Brew with the brewer, shift worker and skeleton crew in mind. Using only Simcoe as our hop of choice, we utilized techniques that would highlight the bright citrus characteristics while restraining the bitterness. The lower alcohol makes this a perfect brew when you are ready to put your feet up after a long shift.
