On tap at the tavern. Served in a snifter.
Appearance: Pitch black. Head is filled with small bubbles. Looks like Guinness.
Smell: Espresso. Toasted nuts. Very inviting.
Taste: Boozy, with roasted malt flavor rushing in afterward. Chocolate, coconut, brown sugar. Very sweet, as you can tell. The slightest bit of bitterness comes through in the finish, but the hops are very much in a supporting role.
Mouthfeel: Body is thinner, leading to a dry hit on the throat.
Overall: A decent stout.

Jack Mason's call this an Imperial Stout, so I will rate to that style.
This imperial stout tastes like a dry irish stout. Aroma and tastes of dark roasted malts, coffee notes and minor dark chocolate. No residual sugar/sweetness. No hint of alcohol.
Dry but smooth, almost like the beer was served from a nitro tap (without the head), but way too thin. No body for the amount of alcohol. 3.0
