On tap at the tavern in a pint glass.
Appearance: Honey colored and quite sudsy. Laces wonderfully.
Smell: Very strong and sweet on the nose. Sugar, strawberries, guava.
Taste: In line with the nose profile. Guava nectar, honeydew, honeysuckle, and honey itself! It's not quite fruity, it's really those distinct nectar notes. Decadent for an IPA. Not very bitter, the hop bite only really kicks in during the finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin body, not too heavily carbonated. Pleasantly restrained.
Overall: Unique IPA, focusing on the sweet side of hops as opposed to the herbal. Worth a taste.

Pours a cloudy pale dirty orange. Minor notes of grapefruit in the nose with a hint of sweetness. Don't let the cloudy nature of this beer fool you. It's taste is somewhere between a Northeast and a West Coast IPA. Drinkable with a dry but not harsh finish.
