Strange Philosophy is the first beer in a series of exploring hops. Too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. Time to get back to class!

Hazy pineapple/grapefruit. Decent apricot-ish and yuzu(?) hop aroma and flavor with decent citrusy character. Good balance with light bitterness. Light to medium bodied with a dry citrusy hop finish.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, thin cap of fine white foam. Aroma is citrusy, notes of stone fruit and some light dank character. Taste manages to bring it all together, light grapefruit, creamy, hoppy, zesty. Rich mouthfeel too, with some lingering tang on the palate.
