The first in a series of Sour IPA's. We first sour this beer and then hop it as a NEIPA right before its conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans and Raspberries. Bold flavors come together with raspberries dominating followed by stone fruit and creamy vanilla and milk sugar.

This one pours a vivid dark pink/reddish color, with a small white head, and lots of lacing.
This doesn't smell a whole lot like an IPA, but it does taste like delicious, jammy and slightly tart raspberries, with a bit of lemon and vanilla.
Like the aroma, it's hard to detect that this is an IPA in anyway, but it doesn't detract from how delicious it is. They nailed the raspberry flavor here, though, and the vanilla adds a nice sweetness and play off the berry tartness very well.
This is light bodied, crisp and very clean, with a good level of carbonation.
This is really quite excellent, despite the fact it tastes nothing like an IPA. Highly recommended nonetheless.
