On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark brown color, with a small head, and a decent amount of lacing.
This smells like sweet maple syrup, caramel, candied pecans, chocolate syrup, and Tootsie Rolls.
This is yet another pastry and candy-laden concoction from Mortalis. There's surprisingly not that much chocolate (or Tootsie Rolls) here, but a lot of maple candy, and mostly sweet and slightly roasty pecan. There's some classic caramel and nuttiness from the base here, but the "adjuncts" mostly dominate here.
This is very creamy and very drinkable, with a light but not thin body.
This is a fun beer, but a little lightweight compared to some of Mortalis' beers so far.
