On tap at Mortalis Brewing Company in Avon, NY.
This one pours a really nice golden orange color, bright and sunny, with a small tight head and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like sweet candied pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, and sweet coconut cream.
This is one of the least sour entries in this series, but it still works quite well for me. The coconut and milk sugar really approximate some delicious coconut cream, and the pineapple obviously plays well with it. We all know that coconut and pineapple works, I don't need to tell you that. There's some nice citrusy bitterness that reminds you that is technically an IPA.
This has a nice soft and creamy feel to it, with a very high level of drinkability, and a nice crispness you don't usually get in stuff like this. It's as well balanced as this style can be.
This is probably my favorite entry in this series so far- it just works so well for me.
