Collaboration with Prison City Pub & Brewery
This Triple IPA is our first collaboration with our friends at Prison City Brewery in Auburn, NY. It is brewed with fluffy oats, loads of white wheat, and flaked grains to create a smooth full body. It is then double dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Columbus, and Galaxy. Advice: When busting out of Tartarus prison in the underworld, best to bring friends and start a riot. Read Less

This hop cocktail hits the full spectrum of tropical, citrusy and lightly spicy dankness, without any off notes. The light body has a firm but soft fizz and a little burn from both the hop cocktail and some booze, swallowing to a tingly dry finish.

On tap at Prison City in Auburn, NY.
This one pours a hazy orange color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This has an odd sweetness on the nose, with overripe mango and fruit punch, along with a bit of malt sweetness as well.
There’s no malt in the taste, luckily, but it’s just unfortunately too sweet for me. The fact that the booze is completely hidden is a miracle, but I do wish for a bit more (basically any) dryness here.
This is medium bodied, slick and too thick for the style. It’s definitely a slow sipper.
I definitely expect more from both of these world class breweries.

Triple IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops. Don’t love this compared to some of their other offerings. Weaker on the nose (but not bad) and a bit more bitter on the palate than to my liking.
