This Double IPA starts with a bed of white wheat malts, flaked oats, and Vienna malts and is then hopped with Galaxy, Motueka, and Southern Passion. It’s then finished with milk sugar and a Vermont style yeast to bring in peach and stone fruit notes.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a moderately hazy golden orange color - much less hazy than their usual IPA. There's a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells a bit overripe - it might be a touch green. There's some vegetal bitterness, peach, stone fruit, and pine.
This was enjoyable, but it's got a bit of green astringency on the finish. The husky peach and stone fruit notes were nice, and the Vermont yeast definitely came through in that earthy bitterness.
This is light bodied, and crisp, with a lingering bitterness on the finish. It's pretty drinkable.
This isn't the best from them that I've had - but I imagine a few weeks in and it'll be golden.
