This Milk Stout is brewed with cold steeped dark grains, Dominican Cocoa Nibs, chocolate/caramel malts, toasted/untoasted coconut flakes and conditioned on girl scout cookies! The sweet milk base lays the groundwork for a perfect chocolate, coconut, and caramel cookie as it warms to drinking temperature.

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. Canned 4/30/24.
Appearance: the can immediately started spewing when I opened it — not like it had been shaken up, but beer welled up out of the can and onto the counter immediately. After things settled down and I was able to pour it into a glass, it’s a mega thick, nearly black hue with a huge head of extremely dark brown foam. It’s beautiful, although the head disappeared surprisingly quickly.
Smell: super sweet with chocolate, caramel, and absolute tons of pastrylike sweetness. It’s got a great dessert character, though!
Taste: chocolate, coconut, caramel, as advertised, and a bit of a spiced note that might be a hint of cinnamon (or maybe just my imagination running away with me). It’s a sugar bomb dessert beer, for sure, but a darn tasty one.
Mouthfeel: thickly syrupy with a moderate carbonation; good, but not nearly as “creamy” as I would expect from this beer. I figured from its explosion that it would have tons of creaminess!
Overall: maybe one of the most beetus-y of beetus stouts I’ve had. The sugary viscosity meant the cleanup after the slow-moving geyser was surprisingly easy, if sticky. So, I couldn’t sit down and, like, have two of these. But it’s good as an after-dinner treat.

4.75 in taste category because, even though i consider this a novelty, there is no funky artificial flavors. the flavors are true (at least flavor-detect-wise) and it's not overly sweet. thick, fudge-like taste coats the mouth and this is way more of an enjoyment than i figured it would be. cheers!

On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, a little bit of lacing.
This needs a little time to warm up to get all that aromatic goodness out there - there's obviously candied coconut here with some sweet caramel, chocolate fudge, and a bit of vanilla.
I mean - as expected- this basically tastes like the Girl Scout cookie it's supposed to emulate. There's some nice sweet caramel flavors, and lots of coconut, with sweet chocolate. The "adjuncts" cover the base - but they are done well enough that it doesn't matter.
This is silky and creamy, with a medium body, and a pretty high level of drinkability.
I think I liked the Venus PB a little bit better, but this is undeniably delicious.
