This Sour IPA is part of our Tears of the Goddess series of beers that blend tart fruit flavors, milk sugar, and hops. This version features delicately tart apricot and blueberry flavors that balance nicely with the Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. The jasmine green tea rounds out the nose with notes of flowers and honey.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly vivid reddish/purple color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like fresh blueberry, with a little bit of acidity, soft apricot, and a great sweet herbal character on the end from the tea.
The green tea addition here is pretty genius here- the soft herbal sweetness really rounds off the sourness of the beer, making it soft and dreamy. There's more blueberry than apricot, but they're both definitely there. I don't really get much from the actual IPA here, but that's ok.
This is light bodied, and very creamy and drinkable, with a soft level of carbonation.
This is probably my favorite entry yet in this series. Excellent stuff.
