This Milkshake IPA is part of our Milk of the Gods series of beers that blend milk sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans, fruit, and hops. This version features creamy vanilla, ripe peach puree, brown sugar, and a touch of cinnamon to create a delicious peach cobbler in a glass.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Company in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy orange color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like spicy cinnamon, stone fruit, vanilla, and bitter hops.
There's a bit of a spicy bitterness here - maybe it's too much cinnamon, maybe it's a little green? The vanilla is nice, but i'd want a little bit more peach to balance out the spiciness on the back end.
This is light bodied, crisp, and bitter on the finish, with a decent level of drinkability.
This is probably my least favorite entry in this series. It's still pretty nice, though.
