On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a very hazy and milky looking yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like creamy vanilla, tart lime, graham, vague citrus, and a slight piney character.
This is very well executed, and approximates the dessert quite well. There's a slight touch of graham, but it's mostly lime and vanilla - bold, but not heavy handed, luckily. There's a nice bit of mango and general citrus behind it all, as well.
This is light bodied, but very creamy, with a great level of drinkability.
This worked quite well for me.
