This Imperial Cream Ale is our version of a traditional cream ale brewed with an American ale yeast, pilsner malts, flaked corn and a touch of honey malt. We then condition it on mini vanilla marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, and oranges.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells quite sweet, with melted orange smoothie type flavors - lots of vanilla, mostly, with tons of orange too.
This is pretty straightforward, and very sweet - it's best appreciated in smaller amounts. It definitely approximates an orange creamsicle quite well. I don't get much of the cream ale underneath it.
This is light bodied, and very creamy, with a decent level of drinkability despite the sweetness.
This isn't quite their most successful beer, but it's still a lot of fun.
