This Double IPA is hopped with hand selected Summit, Citra, and Columbus hops. This specific combination of dank onion/garlic hops combined with spices and bready grains synergized perfectly with cream cheese. Enjoy a little NY magic in liquid form.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a murky yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like garlicky/oniony hops, orange rind, tropical fruit, and cream cheese.
Well, they did it. It tastes like an everything bagel. And most importantly - it tastes pretty good. The cream cheese powder kind of functions as almost a tangy lactose type flavor, and it really actually works. They saved batches of different hops that they could tell would be super oniony and garlicky. Usually oniony hops would be a disaster, but they actually make it work here. I get some vague spicing that's basically reminiscent of an everything bagel. There are your typical NE-style IPA flavors, too, with dry citrus and some pine, and lots of tropical fruit.
This is medium bodied, and slightly creamy (lol) with a great level of drinkability.
This is absurd, and it actually works. I shouldn't be surprised.
