This Milkshake IPA is part of our Milk of the Gods series of beers that blend milk sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans, fruit, and hops. This version features blueberries, extreme amounts of graham crackers, and cream cheese powder. Decadent flavors on par with a NY classic dessert.

On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a hazy and murky purplish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like creamy blueberry, cream cheese, tons of graham, blueberry candy syrup, and lemon.
This really nails it. There's a significant amount of graham cracker here, and that sells the pie feeling. There's just enough cream cheese to accomplish the illusion without being overwhelming. The blueberry is candied and slightly syrupy, and not too tart. There's no real IPA characteristics, but that's ok.
This is creamy, and rich, with a decent drinkability. Despite that, it's a good idea to sip this pretty slowly.
This is another fun riff in this series. It's not quite the best of the series, but it's still absolutely worth a look.
