On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a lightly hazy golden orange color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like tart lime, sour candy, coconut, pineapple fruit cup, and lemon.
I’m loving a lower alcohol take on their fruited sour, and one that’s not purely smoothie-esque. The coconut is light but adds a nice sweetness. The pineapple is fresh and juicy, tasting like those pineapple chunks from a fruit cup. The lime is the kicker, adding some light sourness. It’s a gose but I don’t really get any salinity.
This is light bodied and incredibly drinkable, with a super refreshing feel to it.
This is a nice change up from the usual Mortalis sour. It’s perfect for hot weather.
