This Pastry Gose was brewed with Cacao Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Banana Puree, Banana Chips, Paw Paw Fruit Puree, and a hint of lactose. The flavors combine to create a light dessert crusher.

This one pours a light and hazy yellow-ish color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This mainly smells like banana on the nose, with some marshmallow and a general citrusiness.
I'm not entirely sure I get every flavoring in here, but what I do get is pretty delicious. It's kind of reminiscent of banana runts, liquified and slightly sour, with a nice creamy vanilla and marshmallow sweetness on the back end, and some generic citrus - maybe that's the paw paw? I don't get the chocolate, really.
This is is light bodied and very drinkable, with a nice creaminess, and a silky body.
This is some of that typical crazy adjunctery that Mortalis is known for. It's pretty silly but it's also delicious.
