On tap at Mortalis Brewing Company in Avon, NY.
This one pours a pinkish/purplish color, murky and hazy, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like a melted raspberry smoothie, a touch of acidity, marshmallow fluff, cream, and a light bit of plum.
I don't really get the coconut and almond here - it probably was only fairly lightly added. Raspberry is the dominant thing here, creamy, sweet, seedy, and jammy. There's a good amount of plum too, and tons of vanilla and lactose on the finish. It's only mildly sour on the finish, it's certainly in the smoothie camp as far as Mortalis sours go.
This is medium bodied, and quite creamy, with a great drinkability.
This is a little bit less subtle than some of the other entries in this series, but it's still utterly delicious.
