This Double IPA is brewed with three different oats for a full creamy body. It’s then hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Ella hops to provide a juicy and tropical experience.

Hazy pineapple juice with a nice off-white head. Big citrusy and light berry hop aroma and flavor with some grassy notes. Nicely balanced with light bitterness. Medium bodied with a light creamy finish.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy creamed honey color with a two finger cap; good retention and splotchy lacing action
Smell: Papaya, peach and pineapple along with sweeter citrus tones
Taste: Papaya and pineapple forward with hints of peach developing; through the middle, a sweet orange and ruby red grapefruit blend emerges to provide citrusy sweet and pithy bitter tones; moderate bitterness
Mouthfeel: Medium body and rather creamy from the oats; moderate carbonation
Overall: I prefer my NE IPAs to have just a smidge more bitterness but this is definitely top tier stuff

On tap at Mortalis Brewing in Avon, NY.
This one pours a soft looking hazy yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This has a soft tangerine, grapefruit, and citrus punch aroma, with some light pine.
This is incredibly soft and pillowy - that triple oat infusion really softened this guy up. It's got a tangerine cream sort of flavor, with some sweet grapefruit, and just a touch of bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, soft, and pretty creamy, with a great drinkability. There's absolutely no booziness.
This is near the top of the pile for Mortalis IPAs, I'd say. This was very enjoyable.
