This Sour blends together pineapple, pink guava, and peach to an explosion of fruit flavors. A thick smoothie fitting for this King of Monsters.

Papaya puree appearance with an orange thick lasting head.
Very light carbonation with a creamy body
Aroma is pineapple, guava followed by coconut and a small bit of doughy pastry.
Overall it made for an excellent dessert beer

On tap at Mortalis Brewing Co in Avon, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This is definitely Hydra-adjacent, in terms of the overwhelming fruit presence. There's no real indication it's a gose, but the fruit is obviously done well here. None of them really dominate the other - I guess you could maybe say the pineapple stands out the most?
This is thick, fruity, and super drinkable, with a very creamy and smooth finish.
This is exactly what Mortalis does very well. It has no subtlety, but it's still a delight.
