This Imperial Coffee Stout is brewed with a favorite local coffee and then aged in Caribbean Rum barrels. It is full-bodied with loads of coffee and then finishes with flavors of rum, cinnamon, pecan, maple, chocolate, leather and vanilla. Sanka, ya dead?

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and no lacing.
This smells like molasses, rum, milk chocolate, pecan, maple, oak, and vanilla.
This has held up reasonably well for being just about two years old. There’s still a lot of coffee, with pecan, roast, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla cream, some light oak spice, and a very caramelly rum character.
This is medium bodied, not very boozy, with a very creamy mouthfeel. There’s a lower level of carbonation.
The regular old As Above So Below is still better than the any of the barrel aged versions, but I do think rum barrel is a very natural pairing for this coffee stout.
