The 9 Muses series is an exploration in blending a light sour Gose base beer with additions of fruit & summertime flavors. This version features Plum, Raspberry, and Vanilla.

On tap at Superfly DMC in Penfield, NY.
This one pours a golden purplish color, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells like jammy raspberry, slightly sour plum, and a touch of vanilla.
Well, this tastes like plum, raspberry and vanilla, obviously - well expressed, with raspberry being the strongest flavor. It’s definitely not as heavy and thick as something like Hydra.
This is medium bodied, pretty crisp and clean, with a great drinkability. It’s not particularly sour.
This is highly enjoyable, of course.
