This one pours a milky looking orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like creamy pistachio, vanilla, lactose, citrusy hops, and pine.
This is much more actually-IPA-like than most milkshake IPAs that I've had, which is good for me. It's got a citrusy character, and a dank and piney bitterness on the finish. Up front is all the decadent dessert goodness you expect from this, with a great sweet nuttiness, along with loads of fluffy vanilla.
This is creamy, rich, and very crisp on the back end.
I think some people would be put off by the bitterness on the back end of this beer, but it really does work well for me.
